• All prices are displayed in Chilean Pesos (CLP) by default. Currency conversion is provided for reference only.
• Payment is processed securely through Flow.cl payment gateway.
• Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered to your Roblox account.
• You must provide a valid email address and your correct Roblox username to receive your purchase.

4. Digital Products - No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This policy exists because:

• Digital items cannot be "returned" once delivered
• Gamepasses and items are immediately added to your Roblox account
• We cannot verify the "unused" status of digital items

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver all purchases as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been completed.

• Your Roblox account must be able to receive the items you are purchasing
• ItemPays is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect usernames provided by the buyer
